An exciting career opportunity is available in our dynamic team-spirited environment. We are currently seeking a motivated Service Desk Technician in our End User Services Team.

As a Service Desk Technician I - Term, you provide first level technical support to end users through remote tools received via phone and email. Your Count On Me! Service and trouble shooting skills ensures our customers' needs are met when managing incidents and determining priority. Your accurate and complete description of problems, inquiries and service requests, in a ticket management system, ensures that a proactive approach is taken from the point of receiving the call through to the effective resolution of the customer's request.


Your background includes:

- Post-Secondary technical diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical support experience

An asset in your background includes:

- ITIL Certification or other related technical certifications

You have the proven ability to:

- Provide Count On Me! Service with excellent interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively while working in a culturally diverse work environment
- Be highly self-motivated and self-directed
- Prioritize and meet strict deadlines with continual attention to detail
- Adapt to a continually evolving environment
