Can sit in any of the following regions: Breckenridge, Vail, Avon, Steamboat Springs, Aspen or anywhere comfortably commutable! This is a seasonal/temporary role with an assignment of approximately 4 to 6 months with potential to extend.

Now the details:

Heavy administrative work with Applicant Tracking System (Taleo experience preferred). Must be responsive and relationship-focused.

Establish and continuously develops networks through industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities for the company.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to create candidate pipelines to meet hiring needs including, but not limited to: resume mining, internet/web searches, direct sourcing, community organizations;

Partner with recruiting team to leverage resources and share information that facilities an effective search process; conducts regular follow up on interviews and training dates.

Assist in paperwork processing of new hires such as offer letters, backgrounds checks, scheduling interviews, positing positions, etc.

Recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition experience helpful.
MS Excel and Word -- must be intermediate or above (build/design basic spreadsheets).
Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required (2 years recruitment experience preferred, military or agency a plus!). Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred but not required
Travel Requirements:

- Approximately 20-25% travel time required throughout Western region, can increase to 50% during peak hiring season. Travel expenses will be reimbursed and will include our properties in Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen and Steamboat Springs.

Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Taleo, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Social Media Networks (preferred)
