InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort is re-defining the luxury resort experience. Embedded in the mythical hills of the famous Son Tra Peninsula and surrounded by a beautiful landscape with panoramic views of the East Sea, this truly iconic 200 bedroom luxury resort was designed by star architect Bill Bensley from Bensley Design Studio Bangkok.

The resort will have a wide selection that offers both local and international delights. From the spectacular views at Citron, to unforgettable world-class dining at La Maison 1888, to a dining in the sands experience at the Barefoot Cafe; there is abundant variety and excitement to cater for all.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Director of Revenue to join our friendly and professional team.

This exciting role:

Implement and support company pricing, market strategy, yield, distribution & selling strategies, and revenue management best practices. Manage resort revenue generation & maximization through full utilization of company systems, business processes and specifications. Lead and develop our local reservation and revenue team team into a higher/excellent level of competence. <br><br> Required Skills/ Competences:

· Develops short-, medium- and long-term pricing, market, yield, distribution and revenue strategies for all revenue sources, channels, and segments
· Leverages understanding of brands, hotel operations, competition, revenue management and market dynamics to deploy market strategies'
· Leverages all distribution channels to drive revenue while reducing cost for the hotel

· Recognizes the need for change and makes a compelling case for changing strategies to adapt to market, economic and business changes
· Takes ownership for initiating and managing change successfully

· Collaborates with key hotel personnel, owners, and IHG colleagues to ensure the best optimization of revenue across the hotel
· Promotes revenue strategies by gaining trust and credibility with internal and external decision makers

· Provides direction and guidance about pricing, yield, and revenue strategies to gain competitive advantage in the local market
· Leads, develops, and motivates the team to accomplish the right things by creating the right environment and level of challenge
· Attracts, develops and retains talented reservations and revenue leaders
· Is personally committed to on-going learning for self and others

Influence and High Impact Communication
· Successfully advises, influences, and challenges the hotel team, hotel ownership and IHG to adopt and implement successful revenue strategies
· Adapts influence and communication styles and approaches to different people, cultures, teams and situations
· Effectively listens, asks the right questions, and communicates openly, clearly, concisely, passionately, and persuasively
· Improves team decision making by embracing and encouraging diverse viewpoints

· Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration. MBA is preferred.
· Proficient in the use of Hotel Reservation system, Microsoft Office

· 4 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Previous Revenue Management or Pricing experience is preferred.

Other Information:
· Majority of work performed in a normal office environment.
· Some travel required as needed
