DUTIES:
 

•Takes extreme care with personal grooming in order to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance.
•Observes, anticipates and accommodates guest needs and requests, whenever possible
•Receives guests and assists in seating guests - pulling out chairs.
•Services orders to guests, observing proper sequence and timing.  Suggest food and beverage items and answers questions regarding menu.
•Writes orders on check and places orders with the bar.
•Presents checks to guests and accepts payment.
•Cleans tables to standard required and set tables according to established procedure.
•Maintains side stand by assisting with dishwashing, wiping flatware, polishing glassware, folding napkins, refills condiment containers etc.
•Is punctual efficient and courteous at all times with guests and fellow colleagues alike. Experiences and skills required:



•Customer service skills
•Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English
•Experience in handling cash, point of sale or touch screen
•Well groomed and excellent presentation
•Ability to work under pressure
•Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
•Food and Beverage knowledge
•Coffee and cocktail making experience preferred
•Must have full work rights
