Role Overview:

Supervises, coordinates, and participates in activities of chefs and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking food in the Club, restaurant, staff cafeteria, or other establishment

Main Duties:

• Supervises personnel engaged in preparing, cooking, and serving breads, desserts and other Pastry items

• Organize together section with regard to miss-en-place, production and its service.

• Cooks or otherwise prepares food according to recipe.

• Cuts, trims, and bones meats and poultry for cooking.

• Portions cooked foods as per Executive Chefs instructions as to size of portions and methods of garnishing.

• Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and professionalism
• Follow company policies and procedures, demonstrate efficient teamwork and contribute to the achievement of business goals


To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require

Experience:

Minimum 03 to 04 years Experience in Pastry & Bakery Section
