The Role

- Full-time, permanent position for a positive and energetic administration professional with proven leadership skills
- High performer who has exceptional attention to detail to run the day to day operation in our sales office, including contract preparation, reporting and logistics
- Experience in rostering, training and supervision of sales administration staff
- Maintain key relationships with sales team and customers to ensure all guests have a positive experience


- Are an excellent communicator with high levels of energy and self-motivation

- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

- Enjoy providing exemplary customer service with a 'Count On Me' attitude

- Are able to work effectively in fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure

- Present a professional appearance and attitude

- Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
