We are looking for an Executive Chef i/c Food and Beverage for a hotel to be based in Dubai.

AGE: Ideally between 27 to 35 Years Old
SEX: Male or Female
NATIONALITY: European background
EDUCATION: Hotel degree/diploma desirable or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at a senior culinary level and high quality restaurant/catering operations exposure is definitely a plus.
Experience and passion for training able to develop and coach the team
European culinary background, middle Eastern experience not a must, but should be able to adapt and manage different cultural backgrounds.
In-depth knowledge of the highest food & safety standards.
Excellent knowledge of Social media usage to promote the restaurant.
Knowledge and demonstrated success in leading a successful restaurant
Knowledge and demonstrated success in events and Banquet organization.
Strong knowledge of current food & beverage trends, customer preferences & consumption habits.
Understanding of diverse cuisine styles & food preparation techniques.
Good understanding of healthy foods, super foods and nutrition
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power point, POS systems.
Computer skills essential.
Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Knowledge.(P&L Analysis)

LANGUAGE:
Excellent command of English and Arabic a plus but not necessary.

HACCP Certification
Good Opportunity for an Exc. Chef willing to be expose to the F&B Manager position.

Basic Salary (AED):- 9,000 to 12,000
Status:- Single (Negotiable)
Live Out Allowance (AED) 6880 (8,120 for Family Status)
