Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is seeking a result driven, flexible, enthusiastic, and customer service-focused casual In House Resort Host to join our Sydney In House Marketing Team.

About the Role
Primarily, the In House Resort Host is responsible for building rapport with our guests with the aim of generating and booking sales appointments for the onsite sales team. This involves attending a face to face sales presentation which offers them the fantastic opportunity to make their holiday dreams come true! In addition, the In House Resort Host greets and welcomes our guests to the resort, provides resort facilities and services information, advises on local attractions/ activities/ restaurants etc. ensuring our guests' holiday expectations are exceeded. Duties include but are not limited to:


- Encourage and schedule guests to attend onsite sales presentations during their stay at the resort with adherence to Company's qualification specifications

- Provide the highest level of customer service, attend to guests' needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring all expectations are exceeded

- Meet the monthly targets; Support the Company's sales and marketing programs and strategies

- Display a positive, courteous and respectful attitude towards guests, the Company and team members; Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible

- Create Personalised and Memorable experiences for all guests

- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise


Qualifications

About You


- Have a solid background in Sales, Hospitality, or Customer Service Industries
- Have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Be a real 'people person' and genuinely enjoy getting to know people
- Have a strong ability to stay focused during busy times/pressure situations
- Have a strong ability to build and develop positive relationships
- Be self-motivated, result driven and use initiative
- Flexible to work a 7 day week roster including weekends, evenings and holidays
