We are looking for enthusiastic, high performing individuals to contribute to the success of our company vision of making holiday dreams come true! Join our Owner Servicing and Reservations Call Centre where you will answer inbound calls from WorldMark Owners, assisting with their holiday plans, responding to enquiries with confidence and enthusiasm and effectively resolving complaints through First Call Resolution.

- Full Time position with a approx. 1 weekend shift per month

- Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm

- Starting Monday 22 nd May 2017 with a 5 Week Full Time training period

- Must be flexible to work during the Call Centre operating hours of Monday - Friday 7am to 8pm; Saturday - Sunday 8.30-4.30 and public holidays.

To be considered for this great opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner and a positive attitude
- Sound time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Enthusiasm in applying sales techniques to maximize reservations towards targets
- First-rate problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in complaint handling and conflict resolution preferred
- Use of reservations/travel booking programs desirable but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook is essential
