Be a resource and a Health & Safety role model as Asst. Human Resources Manager, where you will lead the administration of Benefits-related policies and programs in support of your hotel team.

Property Overview: This magnificent complex boasts a 30-storey new construction and two luxury International Hotel brands at one desired address! Raffles Makati and Fairmont Makati consists of 32 Raffles Suites located atop 280 Fairmont Hotel rooms, 237 Raffles Residences and is situated in what is considered the finest location in Manila - downtown Makati. The complex, scheduled to open in late 2012, is located directly across from the Greenbelt Shopping Center and in a neighborhood famous for nightlife, dining options and world-class shopping.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Asst. Director of Human Resources, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


• Maintain and updates colleague on the mandatory requirements both government & company initiated benefits.

• Monitors and prepares monthly and year to date accident report for hotel.

• Maintains and control requisition of medical consumable supplies of Hotel's medical Clinic.

• Build relationship with the account officer of government agencies that handles processing of licenses of the Hotel like the Makati City Hall, SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth.

• Create policies and guidelines for benefits when needed.

• Provide Finance & Accounting Department with TC-related data to facilitate statistical reports to management.

• Ensure internal MEMO or relevant news to be disseminated widely, timely & effectively through different communication channels (like notice boards, email, etc.) in company.

• Review & process request for payment of the SOA from HMO & Life Insurance provider.

• Facilitate enrollment of colleagues in HMO & Life Insurance benefit.

• Facilitate processing of individual Makati Work & Health Permit.

• Ensure that Annual Medical Examination is being done on a timely manner including new hires Pre-employment Medical Examination.

• Ensures documentations of new hires are properly filled-out for payroll purposes.

• Encode new hire information in HRIS on time with the payroll cut-off.

• Process application of TIN and tax exemption update in BIR.

• Process R1a reporting of new hires in SSS for employer updates.

• Process Er2 reporting of new hires in Philhealth for employer updates.

• Process SSS benefits such as; SSS loan, sickness & maternity benefit.

• Process certification for Philhealth benefit claim.

• Maintains HRIS.

• Maintenance of Leave Entitlement, balance of colleagues.

• Maintain colleague folder/201 Folder

• May require to research & recommend enhancement of benefits.
Qualifications:


• Must be a College Graduate or Bachelor's Degree Holder of Psychology or any related filed.

• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as Asst. Manager, Human Resources

• With solid experience and knowledge in Philippine payroll system and compensation and statutory benefits, employee incentives.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to develop, produce and analyze reports from existing systems and make informed recommendations from the data gathered.

• Strong Organizational, leadership skills.

• Must be able to foster a positive productive work environment.

• Knowledgeable and with experience on handling employee engagement activities such as Sports Fest and the like.

• With advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel skills.

Visa Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the Philippines.
