Food and Beverage Coordinator

Summary of Responsibilities

The Food and Beverage Coordinator provides administrative assistance to Executive Chef with the ultimate goal to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence, and business prudence in accordance with the company's operating criteria and performance expectations. The person is responsible for creating food and drink menus, maintaining inventory of stock, supplies, records of sales and purchase as well as assisting in planning of events.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must have at least one-year experience as a Food and Beverage Coordinator / Secretary preferably in a luxury five-star hotel or resort. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for successful F&B administrative functions in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. In order to be highly productive in the job, candidates must have high computer literacy and be able to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
