Chef de Cuisine

Summary of Responsibilities
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation , service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management .

Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for success in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment, promoting Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to lead and monitor demonstrate management abilities when required by the Chef's Office, dealing with budget matters such as Labor Costs, Training, Operating Equipment, Food Cost and other tasks required by the superior.

Minimum 12 year experience in culinary field with at least 5 years experience in an International Class Hotel or high volume operations of a 5-star caliber

Other Requirements
Candidates must have authorization to work in Indonesia and enjoy the vibrant city life of Jakarta.
