Job Ref:

• To greet the guest and identify their specific reservation.
• Answer the phone within three rings as per the hotel standard.
• To register the guest, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained, i.e. name in full, address, whether company or private booking, special rate, allowances, VIP, charge details, nationality, passport number, etc.
• To allocate room according to reservations list, ensuring that this is what the guest has booked, both in terms of the room itself and the rate to be paid.
• To issue the room key card.
• To liaise or alert concierge so that the guest's luggage is taken to his room and the key issued.
• To update occupancy list, giving copies to hall porter and telephonist.
• To ensure that all departments, particularly restaurants, are notified of the tariff entitlements.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Comply with UAE – CID rules and regulation.
• To ensure effective communications through attending meetings and imparting information at regularly held staff meetings with assistant housekeepers.
• Perform any other duties deemed reasonable by Management.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:
-at least 1-2 years work experience in hotel industry
-Preferably Female
-must be active with pleasing personality
-must have good English communication skills. Arabic speaking is an advantage
-willing to work in Fujairah
-must be living in UAE and can start immediately
