Currently we are searching for an accomplished Key Account Manager - Corporate / Corporate Meeting / BTA to join our Global Sales team within the Sydney Corporate Office.

Reporting directly into the Director of Global Sales - Australasia, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Global Sales activity for all IHG properties across Australasia within the Corporate / Corporate Meeting & BTA segments with a focus on the Key Client program and maintenance of the sales platform to deliver agreed contribution goals.

Acting as the primary point of contact for these clients in Australasia on behalf of IHG we require an acknowledged expert of market and customer trends within this segment.<br><br> To be successful in your application, you will currently hold an internationally recognised Marketing or Hospitality Management related Degree or Diploma, solid experience in promoting multiple hotel brands simultaneously with international and regional clients. A minimum of 1-2 years multi-unit experience is preferred.

You bring strong client management, problem solving and negotiation skills. Effective communication skills & advanced budgeting/expense allocation skills are essential. Key to the success of this role will be your ability to exceed targets set, a flexible working approach, the ability to "think outside of the box" combined with proven client management skills.
