We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Food and Beverage team as a Specialty Outlet Manager (Lebanese Restaurant) . You will be responsible for managing revenues, costs, operation and a large team. Keeping up to date with offer as well as guest taste and requirements, maximizing sales, identifying opportunities to enhance revenues.

Provide the outlet with leadership and supervision with thorough planning, organizing, directing and controlling the bar operation and administration whilst maintaining a visible presence on the floor during key service periods ensure maximum guest satisfaction by consistently following company standards.

Some of your key responsibilities would be:

• Drive food & beverage revenue in the outlet and maintain cost within the budget.

• Provide statistics, reports and recommendations related to food & beverage sales.

• Train all team members on existing and new products, as well as selling techniques and any other necessary food & beverage trainings.

• Meet guest, build rapport and constantly review feedback, plan and implement corrective action if needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Track and share information regarding new business trends and generate new business opportunities.

• Benchmark and keep track of the competitors regarding special promotions and menu prices.

• Ensure that the team adhere to all company standards, business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures including health, hygiene & safety.

• Contribute to implementing the marketing activities to achieve desired results.

• Participate in the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual budget

• Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.
Fluency in both English and Arabic and experience in a similar managerial role in a 4 or 5 star hotel is required.
