This exciting role will develop and manage the distribution and relationship marketing training products that assist hotels in driving revenue through system delivery channels including PCR tools and initiatives, CRS, channel maximization initiatives, tools and processes across all regions, brands and stakeholder areas. This role will also be responsible for developing and managing the implementation of Distribution Relationship Marketing (DRM) best practices to share with regional partners. This role will coordinate production of training materials and serve as contact with external vendors as well as function as subject matter expert and certify regional hotel marketing teams and trainers to ensure subject matter expertise in DRM. This role will assist with implementation, planning and deployment activities as needed by the regions and or key stakeholders to support the strategic and tactical remit of DRM.<br><br> Qualifications and Technical skills - Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation. Effective written and oral communication skills for the purpose of conveying technical and strategic information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff in a clear and concise manner. Effective presentation skills for the purpose of presenting ideas, programs or strategies to corporate and hotel management. Excellent analytical, organizational and creative problem solving skills. Demonstrated strong understanding of Internet channel and travel industry with hotel operations preferred. Demonstrated understanding of instructional principles and practices with a solid understanding of the Internet, browsers, and search engines and the company's CRS system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bilingual skills a plus and GTC certification. Demonstrated experience in channel or frequency marketing.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Three or more year's progressive work related experience in hotel or travel industry operations, channel distributions or similar, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position to include hotel operations management, hotel systems and tools, and/or documentation and training delivery of complex systems.

Other Information - Travel required as needed to support business objectives 10 - 40% to deliver training progams, assess training needs and meeting with vendors and customers. Must also be available by cell phone during regional deployments
