Job Ref:

1. Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship and ensuring that all F & B specifications are communicated.
2. Maintain constant communication with the F & B team to highlight all upcoming events and promotion.
3. Handle individual and group reservation according to standard procedures ensuring obtaining required details and information and imputing accurately in computer system.
4. To understand and utilize a consistent approach to selling in order to support the sales and F & B Team
5. Solicit new and existing accounts to meet /exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
6. Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and costumers.
7. Maintain a professional attitude appearance at work and when representing the Hotel.
8. Completely understand and adheres to the policy relating ti fire, hygiene, health and safety.
9. Carries out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
10. Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel is having a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
11. Liaises with concerned Department to ensure that operation will deliver the best quality products to the clients.
12. Analyses the sales results and recommends way to improve or solve the problems.
