We are currently seeking for dynamic, ambitious and self-motivated Food & Beverage Manager who can develop and implement business plan for food and beverage.
This position is responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes restaurant, banqueting, lobby lounge, bar and room service operations. And also oversees guest and employee satisfaction through effective leadership, maintaining service standards and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.

Requirements:
• Overall 10 years hotel experience with minimum 3 years in the same position in international chain hotels.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
• Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel Administration or Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• Excellent written & verbal English communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities like problem solving, working through teams, Result orientation etc.
