At the moment we're looking for a Personal Assistant to join our vibrant, curious and original team at Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong .

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and proactive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and pre-opening team, including travel arrangements and correspondence, scheduling of meetings / appointments, managing expense notes, data administration and filing .

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, dealing with all matters in a professional, efficient and timely manner.<br><br> Ideally, you'll have a minimum 3 years of PA experience. You'll be required to be able to work independently, have the ability to work in a fast-moving environment, and have e xcellent communication skills, both written & oral with proficiency in English and Thai.

Intermediate - advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint are essential in addition to excellent organisational and time management skills.

You will have a natural ability to work with all levels across the business and demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
