At the moment we're looking for an Executive Assistant Manager to join our vibrant, curious and original team at Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong .

You'll direct all aspects of the Rooms or the Food & Beverage function. Under Rooms, operations include Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Recreation and Health Club. Under Food & Beverage, operations include F&B Service, Banqueting and Kitchen Operations.

By assisting to create a positive and productive work environment, you'll establish and maintain effective employee relations, ensure superior guest experience and assume responsibilities as appropriate in the absence of the General Manager. You'll report directly to the General Manager and assist with the management of the relevant Department Heads to your function.
The person we're looking for must be friendly, enjoy learning new things and working in a team environment. You must be flexible, willing to work smart, get along well with others and have the passion to go the extra mile to surprise and delight our guests. As part of the Indigo Team, you may work in other areas of the hotel and may be trained to perform tasks and act in a secondary roll in support of our commitment to providing Inspired Service.<br><br> Ideally you'll have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration (or equivalent), with at least 3 years of general management experience in a high level operations role or prior general manager experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience .

You should possess:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High energy level and a passion for achieving results
• Strong leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results
• Ability to manage and be resilient in a fast-changing competitive environment
• Ability to manage complex relationships
• Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
• Proficient skills for written and oral communication in English
