We are looking for an innovator, who is passionate about conserving the resources we have and helping businesses reduce pollution and preserve natural habitats. This unique role is responsible for supporting and driving our Wyndham Green program across Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for tracking and analysing all utilities usage including electricity, water and gas.
- Upload consumption data and information as required to parent company for further tracking
- Research and provide advice on environmental 'best practice' projects examples LED lighting, hot water, air-conditioning through consultants.
- Creation of monthly 'green' tips and stories
- Creation of Wyndham Green articles (content and artwork) for distribution to owners, staff and guests
- Issuing of quarterly consumption reports to Resort Managers on sites consumption data, electricity, water and gas
- Maintaining Owners Presentation for education at Resorts Championing the Wyndham Sustainability 101 online internal training program, ensuring compliance
- Chair & manage the Wyndham Green SEAPR Committee with the aim to deliver results across the business
- Responsible for managing Wynnie the Wallaby program
- Champion Wyndham Green onboarding for new employees
- Delivery of Wyndham Green initiatives and projects across the portfolio
- Provide ongoing support and advice to sites in line with sustainability projects, including completion and review of ROI's, conducting trials and liaising with consultants
- Manage & deliver a minimum four Events across SEAPR, such as Wyndham Green Day, Earth Hour, Earth Day & Clean up Australia
- Participation in Wyndham Worldwide Green Council Meetings/calls, prepare and provide updates presentations as required

We are looking for someone who has:

- A keen interest in sustainability, project management and making a difference Attention to detail with a can do attribute, who can make projects happen and deliver results Advanced MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project & Outlook, Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management,
- Excellent oral and written communications skills,
- An efficient individual with strong listening and interpersonal skills,
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work load,
- Demonstrates ability to be flexible,
- Understands the importance of confidentiality,
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship,
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team,
- A team player who will contribute to a positive work environment .
