Main duties:
1. To strive to please the guest and sell the in-house services.
2. To greet guests and visitors warmly with a smile.
3. To unload the cars, coaches and cabs for incoming guests.
4. To call for a limousine or taxi for the guest upon request.
5. To load cars, coaches and taxis for departing guests, ensuring a polite manner and a courteous farewell.
6. To offer any requested information to guests regarding hotel services and facilities as well as general information.
7. To keep the main entrance and ashtrays immaculately clean at all times.
8. To ensure that the car park and main entrance is clean and tidy, and that the hotel's driveway is free of traffic.
9. Hail private vehicle or public transportation such as taxi for guests.
10. To control car park paging system.
11. To check current day banquet events and arrange parking or clearance when necessary.
12. To check baggage’s upon guest's check-in/out.
13. To assist car owners to ensure safe parking.
14. To guide tour and other group bus upon arrival & departure to allocated place.
15. To respond to changes as dictated by the industry, company or hotel.

Other duties:

o To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
o To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
o To maintain good working relationship as with your own colleagues, and all other departments.
o To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
o To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
o To have a complete understanding of the Hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.
o To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
o To attend all training sessions/programme that are requested by the Hotel’s Management.
