An exceptional opportunity to join the team of an award winning hotel, we are looking for a progressive, ambitious, result orientated and customer focused Assistant Front Office Manager who will assist us in achieving our goals. In this role you will be in charge of the Front Office department and will be reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms.

Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager Front Office
Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
Clear concise written and verbal communications in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Must have excellent organizational, administrative and problem solving skills
