We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive for a renowned hotel group to be based in Dubai.
Gender : Prefer female however open to male candidate
Nationality : Any
Age : not more than 35 years of age
Reporting : Corporate Director of Marketing & Communication
Salary : Basic Salary from Dhs 4500,- up to Dhs 5500,- with the housing allowance at Dhs 2300,-total monthly package of Dhs 6800 minimum and Maximum of Dhs 7800,- depending on experience
Joining date : within one month of as soon as possible
Job Location : Dubai – UAE
Air ticket entitlement : Every 24 months
Working hours : 54 hours per week with 1,5 day of per week
The rest of the benefit is as per UAE Labor law

Job Description
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence. This needs to be someone very creative in nature and it is an important element of our overall strategic approach.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with photo-editing software; Photoshop for example
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools i.e, Google Analytics and based on company standards they need to be Google Certified
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Fluent in English
