1.1Responsible for organizing, planning and controlling of day-to-day operations of the cafeteria.
1.2 Responsible for maintaining HACCP cleanliness and hygiene standards.
1.3 Responsible for regular check-up of food quality, presentation and set-up of buffet and salad bar on every meals.
1.4 Responsible for staff food complaints and suggestions to be attended to and resolved to report to Human Resources Manager/Executive Chef.
1.5 Responsible for assisting and planning of menus.
1.6 Responsible for organizing staff duty roaster.
1.7 Responsible in suggesting measures to minimize operational cost.
1.8 Responsible in carrying out monthly inventories of stores, equipments, etc.
1.9 Responsible for maintaining prepare food store requisition for cafeteria & Executive Dining Room.
1.10 Responsible for maintaining prepare Beverage requisition for cafeteria & Executive Dining Room meals.
Responsible for checking on cruets, sauces and napkins.
1.12 Responsible for timely meal service as per timings outlined for cafeteria & Executive Dining Room.
1.13 Responsible for re-stocking fridges with refreshment for the next day for cooling.
1.14 Responsible for maintaining the daily Logbook.
1.15 Responsible for set-up the Executive Dining Room for the following day after the meals service is over.
1.16 Responsible for checking Staff Birthday List and write daily birthdays on the white notice board (inside cafeteria) & arranging for monthly staff birthday celebration.
1.17 Responsible for checking Executive Dining Room buffet at regular intervals.
1.18 Responsible for conducting a random check of the garbage for cutleries.
1.19 Responsible for the food tasting when the food arrives.
1.20 Responsible for checking the maintenance work and follow-up with Engineering.
1.21 Responsible for washing the cafeteria and Executive Dining Room floor weekly.
1.22 Responsible maintaining inventory of the cutlery crockery glassware, cruets, ashtray.
1.23 Responsible for ensuring that water glasses & plates, bowls are de-scaled as per schedule.
1.24 Responsible for de-scaling the water boiler once a month.
1.25 Responsible for making sure the caterer are providing the food as per the approved menu and the quantity is sufficient.
1.26 Responsible for making sure and receives staff feedback after each meal and communicates to the relevant heads.
1.27 Responsible for making sure staff feedback are received after each meal and communicates to the relevant heads.
1.28 Responsible for following up with Engineering to clean the A/C & water filter whenever required.
