We are looking for a 5 star resort in Maldives:-

JOB SPECIFICATION
POSITION : EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF (EUROPEAN)
DEPARTMENT : CULINARY
Experience: • At least two years of work experience in Asian countries
• At least two years of experience in the same position
• Experience in a large high volume upscale property with at least five outlets and banquet facilities
• Island or Maldives experience is not necessary Education:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary School Degree or Diploma from an Accredited Culinary or Hotel School Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
• Strong and effective English language skills in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication
• Additional language (e.g. Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, German, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
• Ability to increase productivity and continuously improve procedures and approaches while remaining cost-sensitive
• Guest-focused and service-oriented
• Ability to manage multi-cultural team members and meet financial targets
Salary • USD3500 + USD500 After 3-month Probation,
