Reporting directly to the Area Vice President - Korea / General Manager, the Learning & Development Manager - Korea is responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of learning and development activity for the Grand Hyatt Seoul, Grand Hyatt Incheon, Hyatt Regency Jeju, Park Hyatt Seoul and Park Hyatt Busan working closely with each hotel's individual learning teams to ensure learning and development projects are delivered in an effective and timely manner.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 5 years work experience as a Training/Learning Manager or a Human Resources Manager in large operation.
Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Good Language Skills (Korean and English are a must.)
