SUMMARY OF POSITION
Currently seeking EXPERIENCED Restaurant Managers with Passion, Drive, and Enthusiasm.

We are actively searching for managers who demonstrate a strong track-record of having “whatever it takes" to deliver great food and excellent service to our guests.

Ideal candidates should have at least two years prior management experience working in HIGH END, HIGH VOLUME & FAST PACED restaurant environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• 2 years’ experience as an manager in a HIGH VOLUME restaurant
• Fine dining, casual or corporate restaurant experience
• Experience managing costs, labor and P&L
• Hospitality Management degree a plus
• High energy and passionate about restaurants
• Proven track record of leadership
• Proven track record training
• Ability to effectively develop & manage a team
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word
• Ability to adapt to and abide by culture of company
• Excellent ability to multitask
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems
• Previous experience of developing / implementing Standard Operating Procedures

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Supervise, counsel and discipline all employees in the department.
 Ensure all services to members are conducted in a highly professional and efficient manner.
 Ensure a safe working environment and attitude on the part of all employees in areas of responsibility.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
 Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a college or university
 Previous working experience as a Restaurant Manager or 2-3 as Asst Restaurant Manager
 Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
 Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, committees, suppliers, members, and employees.
 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
 Working knowledge of different POS (Point of Sales) systems
