To constantly promote the image, facilities and services of the hotel, through effective communications with the clients
• To be available during check-in periods to greets guests and deal with any problems or complaints
• Aim to reach the Quality Standards laid down by the hotel.
• To implement and maintain a high level of guest relations, bearing in mind the preferences of regular and VIP guests.
• To coordinate special events like birthdays, weddings, honeymoons etc
• Ensure that all Operating Equipment pertaining to guest relations are always in perfect working condition
• Handle any problems and guest complaints when necessary
• Be aware of special promotions within the hotel
• Ensure close communication with other departments in the hotel
• Create an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the Front Office staff
• Any other duties of a similar nature that may be assigned by the Front Office Manager from time to time.
