• Inform employees of changes to HR related policies and procedures.
• To be aware and fully support all Metropolitan Hotel Dubai Human Resources core standards.
• Organize new arrivals and work with HR and visa coordinator in preparing official documents and related paperwork regarding flights, visa and housing.
• To ensure all items on the starters checklist are completed for every new hire.
• Prepare employee letters and certificates, responsible for no objections, salary and additional letters as needed.
• Filing documents in the employee files
• Handle correspondence and inquiries from candidates.
• Helping with the administration in Human Resources whenever is possible.
• Updating candidate on their application status.


• Responsible for maintaining files of all the employees
• To assist in maintaining database related to annual vacation and flight bookings and invoices .
• To assist with the implementation of all employee communication.
• To update the communication board for all employees and assist with the implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
• Working with the PRO – for scanning documents and updating on GULF HR letters, filing, and following up with the necessary documents needed for employment visa etc.
• To ensure all items on the starter’s checklist are completed for every new hire (on boarding process, bank forms, employee number, finger scan, payroll form and locker)
• To assist in organizing regular employee sports and social activities, and employees recognition program.
• Worked hand in hand with the HR team for the daily task in helping colleagues.
• To maintain the filing system.


• Ensures that employee will be registered on GULF HR and the finger scan.
• Ensures Employee action forms and benefits commencement dates are accurate for salaried hires or transfers or re-hires and likewise ensures and transferring and terminated forms are process accurately.
• Files all general documents and correspondence and ensures the confidentiality in all matters relating to the Human Resources department.
• Update employee’s records in regards to incident report, and short – term disability days and leave accumulated days.
