Creates divisional annual marketing plan under guidance of Director of Food & Beverage and inputs of the entire team (Culinary, Department Heads and Managers).

Creates content (text) for websites for all outlets

Provides Marketing support to Outlet Manager and ensures the implementation of the Outlet Specific Marketing plan

Comp Set analysis: Set up a systematic and efficient research and data mining system for electronic data, that enables quick retrieval. Ensure all files are kept up to date at all times

CRM Data Mining: Generates guest list broken down in demographics and preferences. Ensure all files are kept up to date at all times

Social Media: Managing the outlets social media sites (photos and text)

Leading promotion preparation (i.e. MFW, Guest Chef Promo)

In collaboration with F&B Revenue Management preparing price proposals for promotions and submitting for approval by Director of Food and Beverage.

Generates Marketing reports

Keeping all F&B collateral up to date

Generates after promotions analysis in order to determine success/brand building value

Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times

Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate

Maintains positive guest interactions with social media tools

Forecasting promotional cost and securing budgets before generating costs

Outlines Marketing strategies and helps implementing them for each outlet to be among the Top Ten lists on local and international reviews (i.e. Trip Advisor)

Ensures and practices the outmost protection of data confidentiality

To ensure the confidentiality of all records and information that the employee is exposed to

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships

To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times

Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming

To provide a friendly, courteous, professional service and ensure guests satisfaction at all times
