A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join our Sales Training & Recruitment team in the role of Corporate Upgrades Recruiter. What is the Role: Working within our busy and vibrant Gold Coast office, the Corporate Upgrades Recruiter will deliver a successful end-to-end recruitment program by Identifying, attracting, and selecting the best talent in the market for our sales call centre. This role also supports recruitment in the field and maintains the Representative Registration Process. The environment at Wyndham is fast paced, dynamic, and you will drive a positive candidate experience whilst delivering a high-quality service to the business. Your success in this role will rely on your ability to consistently achieve the following:

- Manage and support delivery of Recruitment Programs
- Manage and support delivery of Training Programs
- Deliver training and resources to support orientation
- Manage and support delivery of Compliance Programs
- Manage and support delivery of Representative Registration Process
- Manage and support delivery of additional programs as required
- Prepare, analyze and report program results
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers, collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders

Organised and process driven Proven track record in public speaking and group presentations Experience in call centre recruitment desirable Strong computer skills, excellent customer service, results driven and detail orientated The ability to understand and interpret sales data, trends and patterns The ability to change working hours and days as required Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management in a professional manner
