Senior Administrator - Corporate

An exciting opportunity has become available at our Corporate Office on the Gold Coast.
This highly dynamic and fast paced role will provide efficient, effective and professional reception coverage and quality administrative support to the Executive Assistant team as required including, coverage during annual leave and sick leave. You will also provide coverage to the Corporate Reception team during annual leave and sick leave. You will work closely with the CEO's Executive Assistant with assisting with confidential matters including reconciliation of expenses and petty cash requirements both domestic and international.
Who are we looking for?

- You will be highly experienced in supporting senior executives preferably in a publicly listed company, exceptional initiative and be able to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Ability to prepare detailed, high level and confidential letters and documents
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Be extremely professional and approachable
- Have project management and/or event management skills and experience
- Strong administrative and shorthand desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Be a team player who will contribute to a positive work environment
- Collation of monthly Executive reports
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Meeting organisation, including room bookings and catering arrangements
- Organisation of travel arrangements as requested
