On instructions given by the Director F&B the intern will participate in:
- follow the turnover and the overall Department margin,
- propose and set up campaigns to cost optimization, maintain the regular and constructive relations with other departments to develop the coordination of customer support,
- track trends in the restoration and the evolution of the behaviours of consumers to refine and evolve the different points of sale by combining the best available means,
- ensure respect for the standards of food hygiene and HACCP
- Helps for the outlets teams if necessary (service, "assurer le passe"...)

Qualifications
Profile: Undergoing training (bac + 2/4), you are voluntary, versatile, enthusiastic with a real sense of initiative: You have a good level in English & French (read, spoken, written) allowing to easily hold a conversation.
