The Role: The Stewarding department supports our kitchen and food and beverage team in ensuring all equipment and food areas and clean, hygienic and safe. We are looking for a Full time steward to join us!

Daily Tasks: • Ensuring the standards for hygiene in all food venues and kitchens are met • Maintain cleanliness of the staff canteen, maintenance and storage of operating equipment (china, silver, glassware) including utensils • Controlling chemical usage and the minimisation of breakages

Qualifications
What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a similar role • Ability to work well under pressure • Ability to work Full Time on a 7 day rotating roster • Strong knowledgeable of HACCP
