What's the opportunity?

The Digital Marketing Executive is an important part of the customer acquisition team within the Marketing department for Love Home Swap, with a focus on helping the company to achieve its customer growth targets in key markets around the world.

As a member of a dynamic marketing team, you will be contributing to a broad range of channels and initiatives with a focus on digital marketing and top of funnel optimisation. You'll be focused on independently setting up, optimising and deploying customer acquisition campaigns, as well as delivering insight into campaign performance, the customer journey and its impact on ROI.

What's the role?

- Focus on day to day optimization of agreed PPC, Paid Social and Retargeting strategy, and other digital channels as applicable, in order to improve performance
- Optimize PPC channel by making the most of the best converting search terms, adding more negative keywords, and ad copy testing.
- Implement new types of paid media bid optimisations and expand audience/keyword terms
- Analyse competitor, best-in-class ad copy, creative & landing page practice, and recommend/help implement improvements
- Regular acquisition reporting and performance analysis to find new insights and make recommendations for next improvements
- BI analysis regarding ROI, traffic and conversion trends using analytics tools
- Regular reporting and funnel analysis with recommendations for iterative improvements
- Contribute to / manage additional cross-functional projects where applicable
- Collaborate with Content and User Interface team to help optimise content plan, retargeting and top-of-funnel customer journey


Required skills

- Applicant should be familiar and comfortable with AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook for business and similar account environments
- Confident working with marketing/data analysis and commercial planning, with strong Excel skills and experience
- Proven track record of launching and optimising PPC, Facebook and retargeting campaigns
- Analytical - able to draw insight from data and use to help drive media planning
- Performance-driven - always looking to optimise campaigns and show improvements
- Creative - able to give clear creative input at planning and testing stages
- Innovative - able to differentiate the big ideas that make a difference from the nice-to-haves
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisation and planning skills
