Recruitment Specialist (Arabic Speaking)

We are a Dubai based Destinations Management company and we are looking to hire an experienced Travel Consultant – Inbound Tour Operator our Oman office with relevant experience in travel and tourism.

Recruitment Specialist (Arabic Speaking)
Must have/ meet the following:
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a diverse/multinational environment
- University degree preferably in HR
- Arabic Language is a must
- Excellent English communications skills
- Broad knowledge in job sites and search engines
- Familiarity with assessment and selection recruitment methodologies
- Familiarity with other HR functions
- Experience in Training is an advantage
- Practical knowledge in the UAE labour law
- Systems/ policy driven and is able to maintain business disciplines
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
