We are looking for :-

Membership Sales Manager

As a Membership Sales Manager, you will be mainly responsible for identifying and closing membership sales leads, while maintaining the strict membership application process by invitation only. With a primary focus on membership growth. Membership Sales Managers are key members of the Club team. They play a key role in the establishment of the Club’s reputation and focus on its Member acquisition, retention and development of relationships for engagement and value.

The mission of this role is:

 Determine qualified leads through research, networking and various other prospecting techniques;
 Conduct Club Tours with prospective members by following Club standards;
 Up-sell and cross-sell a wider range of ancillary Membership facets;
 Participate in Club events and maintain engagement levels to drive membership sales and retention;
 Work collaboratively with Membership retention team to meet revenue growth and retention goals;
 Build relationships with Members through constant communication (telephone, e-mail and meetings);
 Membership Sales Managers should achieve the Membership targets and goals as per KPI targets
 To form and maintain a professional business relationship with Members and establish qualified Membership prospects through personal networks and referrals
 Educate Members on the all the benefits of the membership;
 Facilitate Member to Member introductions;
 Participate in Club events and maintain engagement levels to drive membership renewals;
 Work collaboratively with Membership acquisition team to meet retention and revenue growth goals;

Person Specification

 Exceptional verbal and written communication in English;
 Bachelor’s degree in communication, Business, Marketing or similar is preferred;
 Minimum 2 years of demonstrated successful experience in membership role or account management with a HNW or UHNW portfolio of clients within the UAE;
 Thorough knowledge of the Hotel and Restaurant industry, knowledge of the Club industry is an advantage
 Awareness of local market
 Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
 Possess strong administrative skills, timely project completion, record keeping, monthly reporting, time management and organizational skills
 Possess strong leadership and motivational skills and a team player attitude is essential

Other Skills

 Knowledge and networks in Trading, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or IT and Telecommunication industry will be an advantage.
 Ability to work flexible schedule to meet high volume work periods;
 Confident and outspoken; a good presenter but also a good listener
 Dynamic and enthusiastic personality – with warmth, sincerity and charm
 Background or a strong interest in business is highly desirable.
