Are you looking to cement your experience in Marketing and make your mark within a fast-paced, progressive and dynamic global company? We are seeking for an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing ever growing team!

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

This role will be responsible for the delivery of Wyndham's evolving Content Hub and developing the content to support its strategic objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to, and support the wider Marketing team with content to support paid, earned and owned channels.

Based in the Wyndham office in Clark, you will report to the Australian Digital Marketing and Partnership Executive and work closely with Creative Services, Vacation Ownership and Marketing, Holidays by Wyndham (Mini Vacs), Community and In-house Marketing, Discovery by Wyndham, Database Management, Legal and Compliance, Consumer Finance, IT-Web Development, Customer Care and Resorts Managed by Wyndham.


- Contribute and support the continuously evolving content strategy.
- Based on approved strategy, develop monthly, quarterly and yearly content plans / calendars for content.
- Develop and build knowledge of content within the timeshare industry
- Content development & publishing; writing articles, briefing internal and external teams when required, reviewing, editing & uploading to CMS.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to activate and amplify content through our owned, earned and paid channels.
- Working with Analytics to ensure the right tagging and tracking of all content, as well as social reporting and analysis, enabling ongoing insights to continually optimise towards better customer and business outcomes.
- Using experience, work with relevant teams to determine requirements and develop content across Lead Nurture Programs & Key Acquisition Campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Incorporate best practice test & learn and innovation to content.
- Manage inbound marketing campaigns in HubSpot
- Coordinate legal & compliance for content created, prior to publishing
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and relevant legislation
- Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
- Develop and train direct report in all administration duties, as well cross train in email marketing and legal review processes
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
- Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be effected by your conduct in the workplace


- 3+ years' experience in social content marketing, including a deep understanding of different channels, and how these should be used to move customers through the buying funnel
- 2+ years' experience utilising CMS platforms (ideally HubSpot) for content publishing and funnel development
- Excellent written communication skills (ideally someone with experience in writing content, either as a copywriter or journalist)
- Proven expertise in content production and publication across all digital mediums including web, social and multimedia with a high level of attention to detail.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Indesign and Photoshop (preferred) as well as Wordpress (preferred)
- Highly developed understanding of content marketing techniques.
- Strong execution skills (utilising internal and external creative partners) across different content formats. Including (but not limited to); videos, articles, guides & toolkits, case studies, tools & templates, infographics and trend reports.
- Experience in content reporting and analysis
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders across an organisation to ensure expectations are managed and requirements captured
- Thorough understanding of best in breed content principles, enabling you to share this expertise with the wider Marketing team and provide recommendations for programs and campaigns
