In order to meet and achieve our vision of making holiday dreams come true , Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific are seeking a motivated, driven National Manager to lead our Quality Assurance Representative function across the Asia Pacific.
About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director Sales Operations, you will be responsible for working with the site Quality Assurance Representatives, site Project Directors, Area VP of Sales and Consumer Finance to focus on reducing recessions and increasing close rates. This role will be based at our Corporate Office located on the Gold Coast and be part of the Sales Leadership Team.

The role will involve:


- Providing direct support to the Quality Assurance Representatives and developing and enhancing their skill sets to partner with site Project Directors to drive our sales initiatives launched to the sites.
- Providing support when business rules and policies are updated and changed due to business needs.
- Supporting site QARs to ensure proper staffing, coverage, hiring, training, employee orientation, staff accountability and employee retention.
- Understanding our operating systems within the organization.
- Overseeing site QARs and their daily, weekly and monthly performance.
- Following and representing the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practices.
- Showing integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
