We are looking for an experienced F&B Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

As an F&B Coordinator you will be in charge of providing the F&B team with administrative support, including typing, filing records, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements, tracking F&B employees’ Annual Leaves and Public Holidays, providing internal customer service and other general office duties. You will be expected to perform your regular duties in a highly effective manner, provide creative solutions when needed and ensure all parties receive the relevant information respectively.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education required.

Work Experience:
• Experience in a hotel or resort environment, with a minimum 2 years in food and beverage service experience

Skills:
• Outgoing, friendly disposition
• Able to deal effectively with guests in a resort environment.
• Knowledge of billing handling, report making, etc.
• Honesty and reliability a must.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in other positions on business demands.
• Arabic Speaking Advantage
