Job Summary and Responsibilities

1. Assist the DOF-HD in ensuring that all financial reporting from each hotel is in accordance with company SOPs and Policy Statements where there is local FRS, to determine impact on adhering to it. 2. Assist the DOF-HD to review and analyze the actual financial performance of all Dusit hotels against forecast, budget and last year where appropriate, to flag concern to DOF-HD and VP finance. 3. Assist the DOF-HD to ensure all Dusit hotels submit all monthly and daily reports on time. 4. Supervise the accounting system for all Dusit hotels as follow: - Provide guidance on the following set of Dusit applications. Owned & Managed Hotels - Microsoft Dynamic Navision (NAV) and SUN Accounting System (SUN) - back office software in accordance with Dusit COA and all standard Dusit generated reports are reconciled and working correctly. - Opera Property Management System (OPMS) - assist in set up configuration, implement Dusit P&P, permission related to hotel accounting and finance operations. - Infrasys/Symphony (POS) - assist in set up configuration, define account code for interfacing data between OPMS and POS, implement Dusit P&P permission related to accounting function. - Assist the DOF-HD to ensure that all Accounting teams (pre-opening and operating) are fully briefed and trained of accounting procedures. - Work closely with the internal Audit Team to ensure that hotels have proper action plans for implementation of the audit team's recommendations. 5. Credit Control: - As part of the month-end review, to assist DOF-HD to analyze and follow-up on credit issues with all Dusit hotels. - Assist HQ Accounting to follow-up on the payment of hotel Management fees, Incentive fees and other related fees for all Dusit hotels. 6. Consultations and comments - Provide comments and assist to provide financial data to Management of the Corporate Office where applicable in relation to hotel operation. - Ensure that the departments listing of key terms of each HMA is up to date and to inform the DOF-HD and VP finance in case of any irregularities. 7. Others - Build effective working relationship with other teams at the Corporate Office. - Carry out any other tasks related to pre-opening and existing hotel finance operation as requested by DOF-HD and VP finance.

Job Requirements

1. Tertiary education in finance or accounting 2. 3-5 years hotel accounting experience 3. Ability to communicate in English and Thai 4. Ability to provide legible communication 5. Ability to understand any calculation formulas commonly used in hotel operations 6. Experience with computer software (Microsoft Office - words, excel, powerpoint) and accounting software such as SUN system 7. Good business writing skills 8. Have experience in hotel business
