- Prepare and drop data to call centres

- Format all data for upload into Salesforce
- Query datamart to gain lead supply
- Manage Return vendor data and upload to Salesforce
- Wash data using Twins deduplication software
- Accurate allocation of leads by site
- Ensure data criteria meets the agreed business suppressions

- Identify requirements of customers on a weekly basis
- 100% compliance to Do Not Call legislation management
- Manage incoming lead supply against budget
- Prepare list data for processing and reconcile against the original query request
- Accurately sort promotional lead slips according to respective sales sites and remove washed out leads
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure customer compliance
- Complete associated reporting and administration including tracking washout rates and management of reserve data
- Reconciliation against requirements/budgets
- Maintenance of data integrity
- Participate in process change and implement process improvements
- Anticipate customers' needs and work proactively to meet and exceed expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers by providing solutions to problems and keeping them informed of progress or delays
- Review processes and procedures to ensure quality service is always provided
- Assess identified risks and implement change in consultation with Supervisor
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by management
- Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not willfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety
- Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties.

Qualifications
What are we looking for?


- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Review and improve process and systems
- Proficient in Salesforce
