Are you looking to cement your experience in Marketing and make your mark within a fast-paced, progressive and dynamic global company? We are seeking for an experienced Campaign Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing ever growing team!

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

Marketing:

- Research trends, customer problems and creatively develop solutions that meet the needs of customers, business stakeholders and contribute to the wide business strategic intents.
- Assist Alliance Manager with marketing campaigns, promotional materials including website updating, campaign code maintaining (Merlin), and other marketing administration.
- Produce/coordinate production of multifaceted marketing campaigns, utlising eDM, print, SMS, websites, social and telephone channels.
- Assist to develop and manage internal and external communication - including developing relationships with external advertisers.
- Coordinate conflicting priorities and business needs to ensure overall departmental objectives are delivered, and stakeholder departments objectives are supported.
- Coordinate legal & compliance process for all relevant marketing collateral.
Innovation & Project Coordination:

- Coordinate Projects and campaigns through design, production, budget and execution, including appropriate distribution of campaign over media and social channels, external vendor negotiation and internal approval processes.
- Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
- Research, track and report back on all campaigns to determine successes and areas for improvement. Work towards a level of constant improvement and growth in all areas of the marketing department.
Leadership:

- Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.

- Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be effected by your conduct in the workplace
Reporting & Administration:

- Exceptional management of bulk email system (MailChimp) - building html emails, updating website and responsive design, ensuring data is always accurate and maintaining 100% compliance to the SPAM act and all relevant legislation.
- Trend analysis and well-researched commentary for reporting through to stakeholder departments, ensuring each campaign's successes and improvements are explored so they can be replicated or negated in future campaigns.
- Ensure all purchase orders and invoicing for activities are submitted, approved, for each appropriate month. Record and track all accruals for outstanding purchase orders
- Administrational support for all activities related to Corporate Marketing, including Vendors, partnership contracts, legal approvals
- Ad hoc duties could include but are not limited to filing, photocopying & distributing faxes and organising couriers

Qualifications
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:


- BS/MS degree in business, marketing or related fields is advantageous
- Fluent in English and at least one local language in South East Asia
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Demonstrated empathy and the ability to build upon other people's ideas
- Proven ability to implement alternative methods to achieve goals in the face of obstacles
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of design concepts
- Use of design software (Photoshop, InDesign) advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and coordinate a number of projects
- Attention to detail
