Your day to day
Due to growth and expansion in this region were looking for a Commercial Learning and Development Manager for Japan, this role will be based in Tokyo.  
The role is responsible for managing and delivering commercial learning curriculum in order to build capability and drive performance.   Supporting commercial functions (corporate and hotels) as well as assisting in the continual improvement of learning programmes that pertain to Sales, Distribution Channels, Revenue, Marketing and Commercial Food and Beverage specialisation.
 

What we need from you
You will have a Minimum 3 years of Revenue or Operational experience within the hospitality industry is essential, the  ability to work in a matrix environment and to contribute to global/regional projects, Strong consultancy, facilitation and problem-solving skills, be able to influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders and build strong stakeholder relationships within both Corporate and Hotel based teams. plus demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with effective follow through and attention.
You will also have knowledge of Revenue and IHG Revenue Systems, Hotel PMS systems, Sales & Marketing, Channels & Loyalty along with experience in conducting training workshops.
Advanced level of Japanese and English language skills are essential
