To assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of our Communication Center, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service officers.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor Officer in a Telephone Department. Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
