Banquet Coordinator

Summary of Responsibilities
The Banquet Coordinator provides administrative assistance to the Banquet Manager and the Food and Beverage management team with the ultimate goal to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence, and business prudence in accordance with the company's operating criteria and performance expectations. The person is responsible for preparing Banquet Event Order, food tags, compiling all expense record and monitoring schedules.

Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for success in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment, promoting Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and compliances of established guidelines and standards related to the hotel and communicate excellent English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.

Other Requirements:
