This is an exciting opportunity to join the IHG family to work with our iconic Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites brands.
 
With more than 280 Holiday Inn hotels in Europe, we are currently undertaking an important transformation of the brand, where we are making significant innovative steps to improve the guest experience through the Open Lobby and new guest room designs. And with 11 Staybridge Suite properties in Europe - and more in the pipeline - we are working hard to ensure guests feel comfortable while they are away from home for extended periods of time.
 
We are looking for a Brand Management Executive to work in this tight knit team and help to continue developing these two brands to their full potential. You will be responsible for supporting two Brand Managers and a Program Manager in shaping the brand strategy to drive the brand transformation and commercial performance.
 

Your day-to-day
Guest Experience & Design Development
 
• Participate in the design, delivery and continuous enhancements of all brand standards innovation, including review and development of brand hallmarks, food and beverage proposition, guest room & public spaces design, service training and delivery, etc.
 
• Manage the development and delivery of the new Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express uniform proposition to ensure brand standard compliance and operator satisfaction
 
• Understand key drivers of guest satisfaction and cost to deliver brand experience, make trade-offs to ensure highest satisfaction and loyalty delivered at most profitable returns to owner and IHG.
 
• Support in creating compelling business case for all brand standard developments, clearly demonstrating owner and corporate ROI in case for change.
 
On-going Brand Management
 
• Be responsible for managing brand standards waiver requests from hotels
 
• Be responsible for managing budgets and tracking spends accurately
 
• Be a key point of contact for owners and operators to answer any Brand question or re-direct them to relevant team within IHG
 
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships across all functions at all levels to ensure cross-functional synergies including with Procurement, F&B, Design & Engineering, Operations, New Hotel Openings, Development, Strategy, Standards & Quality
 
 

What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent International degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce.
 
• Ability to analyse, interpret and extract trends from data
 
• A demonstrated understanding of the market research process
 
• Proficiency in brand and marketing fundamentals
 
• Strong business mindset
 
• Hotel, Tourism and Hospitality experience not essential but preferred
