We are looking for an Assistant Manager for Apollo Restaurant on a 39-hour weekly basis.

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the department in line with Hyatt's strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, customers and owner.

Assist the Apollo Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is effectively controlled according to established rules by providing courteous, professional, efficient and personalized service at all times.

Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.

Very good presentation
Listening skills and hospitality
Very good level in English and French speaking
