eCommerce eCommerce is an exciting new support function within Alshaya as the business launches transactional websites for a number of the 75+ brands and 15+ countries within the Alshaya portfolio. The function is rapidly building Alshaya's multi-channel capability to deliver customers' choice and convenience when shopping in a number of rapidly growing online emerging markets. The function is split in to 4 key areas - Trading & Merchandising, Operations & Program Management, Design & Content and Digital Marketing.

The biggest retail brands are heading the eCommerce way in the Middle East. This is an exciting time to be in the field of eCommerce, specially in the Middle East with the high demand and changing trends. With this opportunity, you could be in the center of this transformation, spearheading the online launch of several of our renowned brands in the MENA region with brands like Mothercare, H&M and more! We are looking for leaders who have the experience in developing, implementing and managing online projects and programme management teams. You will have the opportunity to lead innovation in the eCommerce and deliver valuable results to the business.

You will be globally leading the eCommerce and omnichannel proposition. Working on online programme, project management and associated processes, focused on eCommerce and omnichannel go-to market implementations of brand launches and rollouts to markets.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and managing online project & programme management teams in mature eCommerce and omnichannel organizations.

• Managerial experience in developing and implementing eCommerce and omnichannel project programs, focused on driving implementation and business performance.

• Ideal certification in eCommerce project and program management Agile methodologies such as Agile SCRUM.
Experienced in web technology and implantation of PM technology development

• Manage and develop relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
